In addition all officers are certified police officers and will enforce the laws of the State of Maine. All officers have completed the requirements of the Maine Criminal Justice Academy and are certified police officers in the State of Maine. If you need assistance, please contact the Sheriffs Office. They will dispatch the police when they are on duty or a deputy when he is in the area.
